We created this guide to give you a straightforward, calm summary of how our partnership model works at Kong Casino https://kongs.casino/fr-be/legal-and-affiliates/. If you operate a website, social channel, or review platform in Belgium, this is the foundation for understanding the framework, the legal framework, and the process involved in joining our network.
Understanding the Casino Affiliate Program
An affiliate program is a commercial agreement between our platform and an external publisher. You promote Kong Casino through dedicated referral links, and we pay you a share when your referred visitors take a defined action. It is a results-driven arrangement rather than a fixed-fee advertising buy.
The core mechanism relies on clear tracking. Every affiliate obtains a distinct code embedded in a URL. When a player clicks that link, a cookie is placed on their device. If that player later registers and deposits, our system credits the activity to your account accurately.
We see this as a long-term collaboration. Our interest lies in attracting players who genuinely enjoy the platform, while your interest lies in recommending a product you can trust. The model works only when both sides adhere to the rules and the local regulatory environment.
Resources Accessible for Approved Affiliates
Once approved, you gain access to our private affiliate resource library. This bitcoinmagazine.com features banners, text links, game screenshots, and regulation-compliant text snippets in Dutch and French. We dedicate effort to these materials so you devote less time making assets and more time interacting with your audience.
We also deliver monthly performance insights that go beyond raw numbers. You receive data on which game categories your referred players favor, average deposit values, and retention trends. This intelligence enables you tailor your content to what actually resonates with Belgian players you bring to Kong Casino.
Our team preserves an open line through a dedicated email address and periodic webinars. These sessions address practical topics like seasonal campaign planning, adapting to Belgian regulatory updates, and optimizing your content layout for higher click-through rates without resorting to aggressive tactics.
- Approved media kit with banners and text links available for Dutch and French language audiences.
- Monthly webinars addressing compliance updates, seasonal promotions, and performance optimization tips.
- Dedicated affiliate manager appointed to answer questions and pre-review your promotional materials.
We designed the entire program so that a diligent Belgian partner can operate assuredly within the legal framework while building a revenue stream that compensates genuine influence. The documentation you need is available from the moment your account is enabled, and we continuously refine our resources based on partner feedback.
Compliance Requirements for Affiliates in Belgium
Working as an affiliate in Belgium requires you must follow several layers of regulation. The Belgian Gaming Act establishes the foundation, but additional rules from the Gaming Commission, advertising standards, and consumer protection laws also are relevant. We ask every partner to grasp these before promoting Kong Casino.
You must clearly reveal your commercial relationship on every page or post that includes affiliate links. Belgian consumer law mandates that advertising be distinguishable as such. A simple statement like “We earn a commission when you register through our links” positioned near the content satisfies this obligation in most cases.
You are also prohibited from directing content at individuals under 21. All your content must be created for an adult audience, and you should take reasonable steps to avoid appealing to minors. We provide age-gate prompts in our own journey, but your promotional context must also mirror this restriction.
Limitations on Advertising Content
Belgian regulations prohibit misleading claims about winning probabilities or implying that gambling fixes financial problems. Your copy must not guarantee guaranteed wins, risk-free betting, or depict gambling as an employment alternative. All bonus terms must be displayed with the key conditions visible and not buried in fine print.
You also cannot use images of minors, celebrities who appear to be under 25, or any visual elements that trivialize excessive play. We provide a compliance-reviewed media kit, but any self-created content you use must still adhere to the same high standards we maintain in our own marketing.
Responsible Gaming Messaging
Every affiliate page that advertises Kong Casino must include a visible reference to responsible gaming resources. In Belgium, this typically involves linking to the official “Stop op tijd” campaign or the Gaming Commission’s self-exclusion information. We ask you to put this within a dedicated section, not hidden in a footer.
We also demand you to avoid terms like “safe bet” or “no risk.” Gambling inherently carries risk, and Belgian law stipulates that this be clear. The tone you adopt should be factual, not euphoric, and your audience must be reminded that help is available if their play becomes problematic.
Privacy Protection and the Partner Connection
The General Data Protection Regulation covers everything we do with our Belgian partners. As an affiliate, you function as a separate data controller for the information you obtain on your own platform. We function as a controller for the player data we manage once a user registers on Kong Casino.
We do not disclose personally identifiable player data with affiliates. Your dashboard presents anonymized statistics—you view that a player signed up and funded on a certain date, but you do not get their name, email, or payment details. This distinction upholds player privacy and complies with the GDPR principle of data minimization.
You must have your own clear privacy policy on your platform that describes how you deal with cookies, tracking, and any personal data you collect. It should also state that your site includes affiliate links pointing to third-party gambling services. Belgian supervisory authorities require this transparency from all commercial websites.
Ways to Become a Part of Our Affiliate Program
The application process is straightforward but thorough. We assess every prospective partner against our compliance standards before approval. This blocks unauthorized or inappropriate promotion of Kong Casino in the Belgian market and safeguards both your reputation and ours.
We start with a short online application form accessible from our legal and affiliates page. You will provide details about your platform, your typical audience demographics, and the promotional methods you intend to use. Be precise here, because incomplete applications are slower to handle.
After submission, our affiliate team checks the application, usually within five working days. We inspect your website or channel for existing content, age-appropriate presentation, and alignment with Belgian compliance rules. If everything fits our requirements, we provide your unique affiliate account credentials by email.
- Submit the online application form with accurate platform details and traffic source information.
- Await our compliance review, which typically takes up to five working days for Belgian applicants.
- Obtain your unique affiliate ID, set up your dashboard, and start using approved tracking links in your content.
Commission Conditions and Payout Timeline
Our revenue-sharing model is structured to be predictable even in a strictly regulated environment. We compute commissions on the first of each month for the preceding calendar month. Account summaries become visible in your dashboard immediately after calculation, so you never have to wait for manual reports.
Payments are handled within 15 days of statement generation. We offer bank transfers to Belgian IBAN accounts as the primary method. The minimum payment amount is set at €100, and if your accrued balance falls below that amount, we roll it over to the next payment cycle automatically.
Our commission rate is tiered based on the quantity of new depositing players introduced each month. As your referral network grows, your share rate increases across defined tiers. This structure encourages steady, high-quality referrals rather than isolated surges in low-intent traffic.
- Commissions are determined on net gaming revenue after prizes, bonuses, and reversals are deducted.
- Settlement currency is euros, with no currency charges charged for Belgian bank accounts.
- A minimum of €100 in verified commissions is necessary before a transfer is issued each cycle.
The Way the Kong Casino Program Works across Belgium
Belgium runs a rigorous licensing regime governed by the Gaming Commission. Any partnership we maintain must comply fully with these national rules. This implies our affiliate program is constructed on compliance-first principles, with clear restrictions on marketing language, bonus advertising, and responsible gaming messaging.
When you join, you get admission to a dedicated dashboard. From there, you can produce tracking links, monitor clicks, registrations, and depositing player counts. We supply standardized creative materials that have already passed our internal compliance review, so you do not need to guess what is acceptable under Belgian law.
We pay commissions based on a revenue share model. Each month, your account shows a percentage of the net revenue generated by the players you directed. We don’t provide cost-per-acquisition arrangements, as our focus is on sustainable player value and long-term alignment of interests.
Revenue Share Structure
Our standard revenue share is computed on net gaming revenue from your referred players. This figure already accounts player winnings, chargebacks, and applicable gaming taxes. We think this transparent calculation method enables it more straightforward for you to forecast your earnings realistically over time.
There is not any negative carryover in our default agreement. If your referred players have a winning month, your balance simply resets to zero at the start of the following month. We implemented this feature so that a single big win does not burden your future commissions indefinitely.
Tracking and Tracking Window
We use a 30-day cookie window. If a potential player clicks your link and registers within that period, the referral attributes to your account. We also employ a last-click attribution model, which signifies the most recent affiliate link clicked before registration receives credit for the referral.
Our tracking system is verified regularly to ensure accuracy. We capture every click, impression, and registration event. In your dashboard, you can observe a near real-time feed of activity, which assists you to adjust your content strategy quickly based on what is actually yielding results for your Belgian audience.
What We Look For from Our Partners in Belgium
We are selective about who partners with Kong Casino. Our perfect partner understands the Belgian gambling landscape and manages a platform that reaches adults who are currently looking for online casino entertainment. We reject partners who use aggressive pop-up advertising or false pre-sell pages.
We ask you to ensure your content correct and up to date. If we update a bonus structure or discontinue a game category, your reviews and landing pages should show that within a reasonable timeframe. Outdated offers create confusion and can result in compliance complaints from the Gaming Commission.
Regular communication matters to us. We assign an affiliate manager to every sanctioned Belgian partner. This person can respond to questions about promotional restrictions, offer performance feedback, and alert you to upcoming campaigns. You are not ever kept in the dark whether a piece of content will pass review.
Promotion Techniques We Allow
Content-based promotion is most effective and complies with Belgian rules. Blog reviews, comparison guides, and objective game walkthroughs are all supported. These formats provide an opportunity to share factual information while naturally integrating your affiliate links in a way that is beneficial for readers.
Online platform promotion is permitted provided your channel targets an adult audience. Paid social ads require additional review, as platforms like Facebook apply their own gambling ad restrictions. We suggest consulting our compliance team before launching any paid campaign on Belgian audiences.
Prohibited Activities and Grounds for Termination
Spam email promotion is strictly forbidden, as is any endeavor to divert traffic through domain squatting, typosquatting, or malware-adjacent spreading. Violations of these policies result in immediate account closure and loss of unpaid commissions. Belgian anti-spam legislation is notably rigorous.
Brand bidding on “Kong Casino” or close misspellings in search engine advertising is not authorized without prior written authorization. We uphold this to safeguard organic brand traffic and to sustain a fair environment for all approved affiliates who invest in quality content.
- No unsolicited email campaigns targeting Belgian residents under any condition.
- No use of our brand name or deliberate misspellings in paid search campaigns without written consent.
- No cloaking, doorway pages, or other techniques intended to show different content to search engines than to human visitors.
Keeping a Enduring Partnership
A lasting affiliate relationship relies on mutual respect and consistent visibility. We motivate partners to post regular, pertinent content rather than letting links stay on stale pages. Fresh material aids not only your search rankings but also shows to us that you remain actively involved with the program.
We examine all active affiliate accounts periodically. If your account generates no clicks for six consecutive months, we may suspend your links and request a check-in. This is not punitive; we simply want to understand whether you need updated creative assets or if your promotional focus has shifted elsewhere.
The Belgian market progresses with regulatory updates, new game releases, and changing player preferences. We disseminate relevant news with our affiliate network through a monthly bulletin. Staying informed helps you adjust your content strategy and remain compliant as rules around advertising and player protection evolve.
Should you choose to leave the program, you can terminate your account with 30 days’ notice. Commissions accrued up to the closure date are disbursed in the next regular payment cycle, given they meet the minimum threshold. We believe a clean, professional exit process is as crucial as a smooth onboarding experience.
