Karele ka nam sunte hi log muh bigadne lete hai. Yah sabji jitni kadvi hoti hai usse kai jyada gunkari hai. Aamtaur par karele ki sabji garmio ki sabji hai jisse usme pani ki matra kafi hoti hai. Par aajkal technology ke karan apko yah har mausam me mil jayegi. Yah ek sabji hone ke sath sath ek aushadhi ke roop me bhi kam karta hai. Kai ayurvedic chikitsa me karwle ka upyog ek aushadhi ke prakar se kiya jata hai. Karela kisi bhi svaroop me kahaya jaye wah sharir ko fayda hi pahuchata hai.

Karele ka koi ped nahi hota yah ek lata ka roop hai jiske falo se hjme karele milte hai. Shayad hi isi ko yah dekhne me ya swad me pasand hoga lekin iske andar jo gun samaye hai wo sabhi ko hi pasand honge.
