Vitamin b ke mukhya strot

Aaj is post mein hum baat karenge ki Vitamin B ki kami ke lakshan tatha Vitami B ke pramukh sroton ke bare mein. Aaiye jane Vitamin B ke baree mein kuch swasth sammandhi mahatmapurna jankari.

Vitamin b ek esa mukhya tatv hai jo humare sharir ke lie kafi jaruri hota hai. Yah humari pachan kriya ko sucharu roop se kam karne ke lie madad karta hai. Jisse ki hume sahi matra me bhuk lagti hai or jo him khate hai uska paushan sahi dhang se humare sharir ko milta hai. Jo log kehta hai ki wo kitna bhi kha le unhe lagta nahi hai to isme apko vitamin b madad kar sakta hai.

Agar sharir me vitamin b ki kami ho jaye to yah kai rogo ko amantran deta hai. Jaise ki hath or pair sunn ho jana . Sharir par lal nishan pad jana , wajan ghatna, najar ka kamjor hona, sharir me dhilapan or kamjori aa jana evam ityadi.

कमज़ोर नज़र वाला एक व्यक्ति

Jo log sabji me tamatar pasand nahi karte wo agar ise salad ji tarah khaye to yah utna hi faydemand hoga.

Jo log hara bhara khana pasand karte hai wah agar hari pattiyo ke sag ko apne aahar me sammilit karenge to unhe vitamin b ki kami nahi hogi. Hari pattedar sabjiyo me vitamin b maujud rehta hai. Jaise ke palak , methi, sarso aadi.

Agar sukhe mevo ki bat ki jaye to akhrot me vitamin b paya jata hai. Agar aap roj hari pattedar sabji ha masahar lena nahi pasand karte bai to roj ek akhrot khaye. Yah vitamin b ki kami ko pura kar dega. Kai paudho ke beej bhi ese hai jinme vitamin bi ki matra hoti hai. Supari , angoor, pista, narangi ese kai chije hai jinme vitamin b paya jata hai.
