Mushroom ek sabji hai. Ise kai log pasand karte hai.  Yah thand ke mausam me aasani se mil jata hai.  Mushroom ki kheti bhi ki jati hai jisse ye ab har mausam me uplabdh hota hai.  Ise kayi tarah se banaya jata hai. Isme kayi saare poshak tattva paaye jate hai. Isme iron ki maatra zyada payi jati hai. Mushroom ka sevan karne ke kayi fayde hai. yah kayi beemariyo ko bhi hone se rokta hai.

1. Skin 

Mushroom hamari skin ke liye bahut faydemand hota hai. yah hamare skin ko plumping effect pradan karta hai. Mushroom me antioxidant paya jata hai, aur ye natural moisturizer ke roop me bhi jana jata hai. yah hamari skin ki raksha karta hai aur anti-aging ka bhi kaam karta hai. isme kuch aise tatva bhi paaye jate hai jo skin lightner ka kaam karte hai.

2. Diabetes 


Mushroom me kayi saare vitamins aur minerals paye jate hai. Mushroom me fibre bhi paaya jata hai. Isme antibiotic bhi paya jata hai jo infection ko thik karne me madad karta hai. Mushroom me sugar nahi hota hai. Aur to aur ise khaane se sharir me insulin banne me madad milti hai. Isliye ye diabetes me faydemand hota hai.

3. Cancer 

Mushroom prostate aur breast cancer ko hone se rokta hai. Isme beta-glucans aur conjugated linoleic acid ke sath anti carcinogens hota hai. Yah sabhi tatva cancer se ladte hai aur cancer banne wale cells ko marne me madad karte hai.

4. Metabolism 

Mushroom me vitamin B paya jata hai jo bhojan ko gucose me badalne aur urja pradan karne me madad karta hai. Isme paaye jaane wale tatva metabolism ko sahi rakhte hai jisse sharir ko bharpoor urja milti hai.

5. Cholesterol 

Mushroom me fats aur cholesterol nahi hota,ye cholesterol ki samasya se bachata hai.

6. Immunity system 


Mushroom me vitamin A, Vitamin B aur vitamin C bhi paya jata hai, jo hamare sharir ki pratiraksha pranali ko banaye rakhne me madad karta hai.

7. Haemoglobin 

Mushroom me adhik matra me folic acid aur iron paya jata hai jo sharir me haemoglobin ki matra ko badhane me mada karta hai aur sharir me khoon ki matra ko bdhata hai.

8. Heart diseases 

Mushroom me paaye jaane wala fibre aur baki minerals heart diseases ko dur rakhte hai.
