Kabj ka Ramban ilaj : Vajrasan

Kya aap janate hain vajraaasan kabj ka raamban ilaaj hai. Aaeye janate hain vajraaasan ke baare mein vistaar se.

Aajkal ke parivartan sheel yug ne hamari jivan shaili ko  atyadhik prabhavit kiya hai, iska sidha  asar humare svashtya par dikhai dene laga hai. Khan pan me  lapravahi or fast food Ke badte chalan ne humari pachan shaktiyo ko kamjor kar rakh diya hai , parinam savrup kaye bimariya humare sharir me apni jagah banane lagti hai jinme ek hai kabj.

कब्ज

Yeh ek aisa rog hai jo samanyatha kisi ko bhi ho sakta hai. Ye rog sunne me jitna samanya lagta hai par isse hone wali takleefe bahut badi hai. Iske upchar ke liye yu to bazaar mein kaye aushhadhiya uplabhdh hai parantu wah kuch hi samay ke liye kargar sidh hue hai . Iska sabse prabhavshali upay hume yog ke adhyan mein milta hai.

Wah kehte hai na yog bhagaye rog, kabj dur karne ke ka rambaan upaye bhi yog ke sharan me jane se milta hai, jo hai vajrasan. Vajrasan ek aisa aasan hai jiska fayde to bahut hai parantu kabj dur karne ke liye yeh ek achuk upaye hai .

Yog abhyas me vajrasan hi ek aisa aaasan hai jo khana khane ke paschat bhi kiya ja sakta hai. Ise thunderbolt or diamond pose bhi kaha jate hai. Esi avdharna hai ki is aasan ko karne se sharir diamond ki trah arthat hire ki tarah kathor ban jata hai.

Vajrasan shabd ki utpatti sanskrit se hui ,jisme vajra ka shabdik arth balshali hota hai. Yog ke jankar kehte hai ki vajrasan karne se vajjr nadi sucharu rup se kary karne lagti hai jissw humari pachan kriya tej hoti hai, or kabj se rahat dilati hai.

Iska vaigyanik  drishtrikon dekha jaye to vajrasan karte waqt raqt ka pravah sharir ki niche hisse me badhit hota hai jiske falsavrup pet tatha shroni ki taraf raqt sanchar badne lagta hai jisse pachan kriyae tej ho jati hai.

वज्रासन

Koi bhi yog karne k liye ek swachch or shantipurn vatavaran ki avashyakta hoti hai waise hi vajrasan bhi kiya jata hai. Koi bhi saaf jagah par aasan bichakar aap ise kar sakte hai. Sabse pehle aasan par ghutno ke bal is prakar baithe ke apke pair piche or panje upar ki or dikhai de.

Is mudra me apki pith ekdum sidhi honi chahiye. Is dauran apke pair ke anghute ek dusre se sate hue ho , fir apne hatho ko aage ki or le aaye or apne ghutno par rakh de. Fir apne sharir ko relax feel karaye parantu ghutno or peeth ko sidha hi rakhe or mann mein shanti ka aanad le.

Is kriya me shwash nak se lete hai isliye yeh dhyan rakhe ki aasan karte waqt muh band hona chahiye. Yeh aasan kitne bhi der tak kiya jaa sakta hai parantu agar ise karte waqt ghutno ya pairo me dard mehsus ho to yeh aasan na karen. Vajrasan ek muft achuk  ramban aasan hai jo apke kabj ko humesha ke liye gayab kar dega.
