Rice flour has been widely used in the Asian beauty skin regime. It reduces Melanin in the skin (Melanin is a natural pigment of the skin). More amount of melanin leads to darker complexion. Hence, by reducing melanin, rice powder brightens up the skin tone. Besan removes dead cells and Turmeric is a natural skin lightening agent. So, now you know why this face pack is a big thumbs up for us!?
1 tbsp. of besan
2 tbsp. of raw milk
1 tbsp of orange peel powder. If you don’t have orange peel powder then add the powder of 2-3 tablets of Vitamin C (Limcee tablet is preferred of lower mg, so that it doesn’t bite your skin).
1/2 tbsp of turmeric powder
2-3 drops of lemon juice.
1/2 tbsp of Sandalwood powder
1/4 tbsp of Turmeric
1 Bowl
1 Brush
5 minutes
30 minutes or until the pack completely dries whichever is earlier.
Mix all the ingredients above in a bowl; if the pack is too thick then add in more milk. Raw milk is preferred over boiled ones.
Apply the paste on all over your face. And each time I say, all over your face means – Strictly not skipping your ears and neck and avoiding your under-eye area.
Apply the leftovers on the back of your hand and feet. You can prepare the pack in an extra amount too.
Let it set and keep it until it dries out.
Wash it off with cold water.
Apply this face pack twice a week.
