Madhumeh Type 2 Hone Par Swayam Ki Dekhbhaal Kaise Karein

Madhumeh ka kaaran badalta lifestyle, khan-paan me aneeyamitta, shaareerik shram ki kami, motapa, tanaav ityaadi ho sakta hai. Lagbhag 90 prateeshat logo me type-2 madhumeh paaya jaata hai. Type-2 madhumeh hone par blood sugar ka star zyaada badh jaata hai aur insulin bhi isme sahi se kaam nahi kar paata. Aise me madhumeh type-2 rog hone par swayam ki dekhbhaal kaise karein, jaaniye.

Madhumeh Type-2 me kya khaayein 

1. Fal 


Fal jaise papeeta, seb, santra, naashpaati aur amrood aadi ka madhumeh type-2 me sevan karna swaasthya ke liye faaydemand hota hai jabki aam, kele aur angoor aadi me adhik sugar hoti hai, aise me inka sevan kam karein.

2. Fibre yukt padaarth 


Jaamun, karela, soyabean, lehsun, pyaaj, alsi, moong dal, methi aadi jinme bharpoor fibre hota hai, madhumeh ka niyantran karne me sahaayak hote hain. Inka sevan karna madhumeh type-2 me faaydemand hai.

3. Kam fat waale padaarth

Chawal, aalu, kele, masale wala wa lata bhuna khaana ityaadi bhi is rog me bahut nuksaandayak hain.

Gharelu upaay 


• Raat bhar methi ke daane ko pani me bhigoyein. Subah inhe khaayein aur upar se pani piyein. Is tareeke se madhumeh neeyantrit rahta hai.
•Raat bhar aloe-vera ko paani me bhigone ke baad subah is paani ko khali pet piyein, isse bhi is rog me faayda hoga.
•Karele ka juice dono tarah ke madhumeh ko neeyantrit karne me sahaayak hai, karele ka juice rozaana khali pet piyein aur madhumeh ko neeyantrit karein.
•Ek cup gungune paani me ek chammach dalcheeni daal kar mix kar lein aur rozaana piyein, isse bhi laabh milega.
•Motaapa na hone de aur wazan ko neeyantrit rakhein.

•Dhoomrapaan se dur rahein.
