How to Grow Your Nails Faster & Longer? Try 6 Home Remedies

Nowadays, girls mostly prefer longer nails. But more often they break even before they grow long. And this can be frustrating.

So, today I will share six home remedies to make your nails longer and bigger. But before that, let’s talk about four mistakes that cause our nails to lose their ability to grow. So if you try one of the home remedies and avoid these four serious mistakes, you may get the desired result.

Olive oil

Heat the olive oil first and dip your fingernails in it. Do this every other day. Doing so will harden your nails. The nails break repeatedly due to being soft. So, as a result of the hardening of the nails, they will not break.

Coconut oil

If you massage coconut oil on the nails every day, then the nails will grow faster.

Orange & lemon juice Mix

Dip your nails in orange lemon juice for ten minutes. After that, wash and clean your hands with warm water. Then apply any moisturizer on the hands. This will make the nails grow faster.

Salt

Take a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of olive oil in a bowl, mix it well with lukewarm water. Then soak the nails in this mixture for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Vaseline

Take one teaspoon of Vaseline, olive oil, and Vitamin E oil in a bowl. If you do not have vitamin E oil, you can also use two vitamin E capsules. Mix it well. Then apply it well on the nails and massage for five minutes. Leave it overnight and wash it with water in eh morning. This will make the nails stiff as well as make the nails grow faster.

Lemon juice

Take three teaspoons of olive oil in a bowl. Add one teaspoon of lemon juice in it. Then heat this oil a little. Dip nails in this container. Doing this every day will speed up the growth of the nails.

Avoid These Mistakes

  1. Quit bad habits
Many people are seen biting their nails. If you want to grow them, then you have to give up the bad habit.
  2. Nail art
Many of us like to apply nail gel and acrylic for nail art. This may reduce the normal growth of nails.
  3. Nail polish
Some of us may have the tendency to remove the nail polish with fingernails when it wears off. This may hamper the growth of the nails.
  4. Basket
Be sure to apply a base coat before nail polish. Applying nail polish directly on the nails damages the nails. This impedes nail growth.

Additional Tip

If your fingernails get yellowish, then take a little toothpaste in a pot and add a few drops of lemon juice to it. Then mix this mixture well. Apply it to the nails and rub them with a toothbrush and clean it well. In the end, wash them with water. Doing this may remove the impact of yellow color and the nails will become all white and beautiful.
