Uuchh rakhtchaap aapki dhamni deewaro ke khilaaf rakht ke dabaaw ko sanbharti karta hai. Isse aapke  dil, rakt wahikaho aur gurde ko shati pahoch sakti hai. Yah hridya ki vifalta, stroke, konori hridya rog aur kidney ki vifalta jaise gambhir samsyaoo ko bhi netratav kar sakta hai. Batate hai rashtriye herdai fefda aur rakht sansthan. Magar kuch khadya pradarth  aise hai jinke sewan se aap apne raktchaap ko sawabhik roop se kam kar sakte hai.
