Adhik Chawal vastav mein swasthya ke liye uchit nahi hai aur yeh aapka vajan badhakar aapki rakt vaahikaon ko rok sakta hai.Chabane wale padarthon ko shareer ke liye pachana kathin hota hai kyuki inka vibhajan kathin hota hai.

Madhumeh hi keval chawal se juda jokhim nahi hai,pichhle saal hue ek adhyan mein paya gya ki chawal mein aarsenik rasayan ka khatarnak istar ho sakta hai jisse cancer ka khatra badh jata hai. Isiliye chawal ki matra apne bhojan mein santulit rakkhe aur swasth rahein.
