5 Reasons Why Women Need to Wear a Bra

The debate whether or not to wear a bra has left women folks amidst Shakespearian ‘to be or not to be’ situation. On igniting the feministic stance, you’ll have all the reasons to question why women wear bras because well, men don’t have to do it so why should we! But dude, this isn’t about changing the baby’s diaper or dividing the household chores. Human bodies are made differently, particularly for men and women. When you cannot have a blanket rule for petite women and big-bosomed, how can you make this subject about feminism?

Sure, unhooking is the first thing on your mind when you reach back home after a long day at work or travel and the relief it confers cannot be compared. Not wearing one might sound liberating but the bra is also your support system in ways more than you can fathom. So, here we have the most valid reasons why you shouldn’t toss away your bra just because they say it.

1. Bra Is Your Supportive Best Friend

Like said earlier, bras are designed to provide support to not just your breasts but also your neck and shoulders. After a busy day, the aching breasts make it miserable if they are not supported ahead of time. Women with heavy bust often suffer from cervical and back pain if they do not choose a supportive bra right for their body shape. Bra is your supportive best friend because it is with you throughout the day, wherever you go, whatever you do! Always choose a high quality, supportive bra so it serves the purpose it is meant to.

2. Bra Puts a Check on Sagging

Fighting gravity and stopping your bosom from pointing south can be a tough call if you do not wear a rightly fitted bra regularly. Your bubbies are made of only fat and glands that are barely supported by some unreliable ligaments that turn traitor after a certain age. Some women find it very difficult to stop the sagging while some don’t get a lot of challenge there. It varies from body to body how soon and how much the breasts sag but all women benefit from regularly wearing a bra. So, all you need is a good collection of bras to delay the eventual sagging.

3. Bra is an Ultimate Shapewear

Since when did we have the freedom to choose our body shape, you ask? We’d say, ever since bra was invented! You may not be able to manipulate your figure with clothing completely but as far as your breasts are concerned, a bra has got your back. You can choose to boost your breasts with a padded bra with either silicon or gel pads, a push-up bra or a demi-cup bra that increases the visible skin and cleavage. If you are looking at breast reduction effect, you can choose minimizer bras and ones with no stretch cups. Lift them up, pull them together or get a wide gap to suit your dress and choice- the right bra gives you all the freedom. If you are unhappy with your hooters, make peace with them. Still wondering why women wear bras?

4. Bras Boost Not Just Boobs But Confidence too

It is often said that wearing new or clean undergarments helps you perform better in a presentation or meeting. It just has its inner ways of working things out for your own self even on occasions when your undergarments aren’t exposed. Talking about how your appearance and attire affect your confidence level in public, a well-fitted bra with enhanced functionality and style enlivens your confidence level significantly. When you no longer need to worry about your bra straps peeping out or your arm holes being too wide to expose your bra, choosing the right bra that matches and supports your outfit gives you tremendous freedom and confidence.

5. Find Inner Comfort in a Bra

Wearing a bra all day provides comfort in an indefinite way. Your all-day movements cause pulls and bounces, nipple sensitivity, pain and discomfort if you didn’t confide in a bra. Not wearing a bra can not only cause these discomforts but also wardrobe malfunctions when neckline slips, top shifts or a notorious see-through top malfunction you wouldn’t want to happen with you. So, saddle up girls before you are under the bright light.

When all’s said and done, both physically and psychologically, a bra is meant to lift you up, not bring you down. So, choose the right size, shape, style, and fitting and make your own wonderful lingerie collection.
